DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE AND THE SURROUDINGS

The property is located in the upper part of the "old" Tauro, in very quiet surroundings. Walking distance to the supermarket "Spar", the restaurant in Tauro and the famous TAURO GOLF COURSE, designed by Van Hagghe and in the top-100 of Spain, is only located at 1 km from the house.

The new & modern shopping center MOGAN MALL in  Puerto Rico and the the nice beach of PLAYA AMADORES are located at  3 à 4 km.

As this is a corner stand-alone unit, all rooms have windows and the light is clear and refreshend. The house is constructed in high quality material and is of the newer structures in this part of Tauro. Aluminum window and doors (maintenance-free). Blinds. From the hallway between the bedrooms there is a balcony with a nice Tauro village view.

There is an internal staircase in wood (with steel-and timber guardrails) down to the main floor.

 

3. THE GROUND FLOOR, WITH LARGE LIVING & DINING ROOM, KICHEN AND GUEST TOILET

The living room is "surrounded" by glass doors/window and makes it bright and beautiful inside. You have several direct exits to the well-maintained garden. In the rear part of the room there is a dining area, also with direct access to the rear garden.

Beside the living room you find the kitchen. It is completely separated from the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including, built-in dishwasher, vitro ceramic hob, fan, fridge & microwave. The under closets in the kitchen are glossy white while the over closets are in frosted glass, giving them a modern touch. The room is so spacious that there is an ample space for a small 4-person kitchen table.

Nice guest toilet accessible from the entrance door.

 

4. OUTSIDE, GARDEN WITH 2 TERRACES, FLOWERS AND SWIMMING POOL

On this level you have a beautiful and well-kept garden outside, partly tiled, partly covered with artificial grass. The owner has also planted Stefano flowers, other flowers and some fruit trees. THE RENTAL PRICE

The house can only be rented per full month (not per week) and the rental price depends on the season and the occupancy rate (# rooms/beds).

Price for full occupancy: 3 bedrooms, 6 + 2 persons

- Winter season: between December 1st to March 31st (*)                               on request (28 days)

- Summer season & February: between June 1st to September 30th              on request (28 days)

- Intermediate seasons: all other periods                                                             on request (28 days)

There is a refundable (**) deposit payable in advance.
